Inside Sales Executive


Corp Security Solutions is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales professional who can deliver measurable success.

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition. You must be comfortable to handle inbound calls, outbound calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects. As the Inside Sales Executive, you will also be responsible for selling courses to people who have filled out an online inquiry/contact form.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conscientious, hard-working, and driven to improve sales and activity performance and achieving sales beyond targets.
  2. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  3. Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  4. Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information.
  5. Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  6. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  7. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  8. Staying informed about competing products and services.
  9. Up-selling products and services.
  10. Research new prospects and generate interest through cold calling and e-mailers.
  11. Follow up with prospects for feedback on the sales process
  12. Update CRM software on existing prospects and customers contacts




Required Skills:

  1. Knowledge of sales and marketing including basic selling principles and solution selling methods should be able to discover prospect’s “pain points” by using probing techniques.
  2. Clear and concise verbal communication skills, good convincing ability, and confident personality.
  3. Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities through insightful research.
  4. Ability to quickly research a prospect company and tailor your initial call/ pitch to their specific needs and close the sale.
  5. Must maintain and exhibit the highest standards of ethical conduct
